Your agreement at signup
A parent or lawful guardian must separately accept the contractual documents and consent to the Privacy Policy before an account can be created. The server records the document version, acceptance wording, time, IP address and browser user agent as evidence of the electronic acceptance.

These pages are written to make the service rules clear and to support Indian privacy, consumer and payment-gateway requirements. No website wording can remove every legal risk.
