Questions about plans
Do I need a card to start?
No. To start, enter the family and parent details, add your first child with their class and four-digit PIN, and begin on the free plan.
How many children can use one account?
The free plan currently supports one child. Paid family plans are launching soon and are planned to support brothers and sisters, up to 4 children in all, at the indicative prices shown above.
Why do you charge per child?
Each child gets their own class, their own chapters and their own daily plan, so the work really is per child. This way a family with one child does not pay for seats nobody uses, and the second and third child still cost less than the first.
Can I add a child in the middle of the month?
Not yet. Extra paid child seats are launching soon. The planned policy is to charge only for the time left in the current plan period.
What happens to a chapter that is not open on the free plan?
Your child can still look at the first 3 steps of the activity and try 5 practice questions, so you get a feel for it before deciding.
How do I pay?
Payment is not available yet. Razorpay customer checkout is inactive while paid plans are launching soon.
Can I change the number of worksheets later?
The free plan includes one on-screen worksheet per chapter. Adjustable paid worksheet limits are planned for launch.
