Free access
Free plan access is normally available immediately after the parent account is created and the required legal confirmations are accepted.
Future paid access
After checkout, the browser may show that Razorpay received a payment response. Paid access is delivered only after our server receives and verifies a signed payment-capture webhook, matches it to the server-created order and safely updates the family entitlement. This usually occurs within a few minutes.
Pending or delayed delivery
If the payment provider shows a captured payment but the plan remains pending, do not pay again. Contact notuitionin@gmail.com with the Razorpay order or payment identifier. We will verify the transaction and either deliver the purchased access or apply the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
How access is used
There is no download key or physical shipment. Parents sign in through the website using the account email and password. Child profiles use the family account and any parent-created child PIN. The purchased plan, access period and included seats appear in the parent billing area after delivery.
Availability
Delivery requires a supported browser, internet access and an active account that is not suspended for security, payment reversal or material misuse. Temporary maintenance does not change the original delivery date or extend a prepaid period unless we state otherwise or applicable law requires a remedy.
